As a member of the CDAA since 2003, Peggy has been making dolls for almost 8 years now and designing her own almost from the beginning.
Peggy has been a member of “All Dolled Up”, an Ottawa doll club, for 7 years and a member of the Canadian Doll Artists Association for 5.
She began creating her own designs virtually from the start. She has served on the executive of “All Dolled Up” and the Board of Directors for the Canadian Doll Artists Association.

Twice her original designs have been selected for the All Dolled Up membership card. She was a featured artist, Foreign Exchange segment of HGTV’s Space for Living, spring 2006. Peggy’s work resides in private collections across Canada, the United States, Japan, Indonesia and Australia.
She was recently commissioned to create a ‘one of a kind’ figure for a popular Australian recording artist. Peggy has been teaching her original doll patterns as well as a variety of doll making techniques for over five years. Ontario and was selected to teach two classes at the Canadian Doll Artists Association Conference, May 2007 and 2008, her doll making workshop series at Algonquin’s Summer Academy of the Arts in 2007, 3 classes at Australia’s Masters at Maroochydore conference, August 2007 and to a full house at the Toronto Creativfestival in October 2007.
Peggy presently teaches introductory to advanced doll making techniques workshops, as well as specific featured dolls, in her home studio near Ashton and as a guest teacher both near and far from home.
