FAMILY INFO: I am married to Rick and we have two children, John and Susan, who are also discovering doll making! By day I am a professional dressmaker, specializing in historic costume.

TYPE/STYLE OF DOLLS: Cloth dolls. I am still experimenting with style, but tend toward more realistic dolls.

LENGTH OF TIME IN DOLLMAKING: Four years.

PROFESSIONAL CREDITS: Won first prize at CDAA conference in 2001 ( cloth character) and 2002 in the cloth realism category. Some of my dolls have appeared in Soft Dolls and Animals Magazine.

DOLLMAKING COMMENTS OR MOTTO: It gives me such joy to create a new figure. To see my idea come to life and share that with others is so satisfying. Dolls bring a smile to everyone's face and I love to hear what they are thinking as they look at one of my dolls. There's always a story, beyond the one I have created!
