When/why did you start making dolls? I started making cloth dolls 3 years ago, but had made angels and Santa figures from cloth prior to that.

When did you begin making original one-of-a-kind dolls, and why? About 2 years ago, after trying various commercial patterns and wanting a different look.

What type/style of dolls do you make? Two types of cloth dolls; either fantasy, or with a more contemporary fashion/theatrical slant; and found-object dolls that are a collage of materials, and definitely mixed media. Rarely do I find a store that does not have “doll parts” for my mixed media creations.

What media(s) do you use? Cloth, Paperclay, Wood, Mixed Media

What do you consider to be “special” about your dolls? Still working on developing my unique style or look, but I am told my dolls all “have attitude", are "beautiful" or "are fun”.
