When did you begin making Original One-of-a-kind dolls and why? During 2004 I saw a video about cloth doll art and was hooked. I had been looking for a creative outlet and this seemed to be it. The books I found on cloth doll art gave me the basics but never satisfied my desired subject matter so I began to adapt and then I started from scratch.

What type/style of dolls do you make? I like archtypical subject matter, Goddesses and women of Power.

What media do you use? Cloth and paper clay.

What do you consider to be "special" about your dolls? As I make these dolls they seem to inspire those who have seen them in the process. So many people have donated cloth and the such after they have found out what I am doing. When the doll generates laughter I know I am on the right track.

What are your goals as a doll maker? To have fun.

Tell a little about yourself: Both my husband and I are artists. To see more please visit our website at www.circleworks.net
