Oyez! Oyez! Huzzah, and gather together, that I might speak to thee all at once! Ye Council of Celebration! 2010 has need to enlighten thee and thy friends according to ye invitation to ye Feast of Welcome; that thou art invited to attend ye festivities in costume! Thou mayst dress as in ye fashion of ye Renaissance, donning gracious gowns or long skirts with antique bodices. Perhaps thou mayst wish to put on ye guise of ye dreaded Pirate or capricious Gypsy Wench. Indeed, thou might appear as ye Sprite or Fairy of Shakespherian Poetry or Literature. A learned Professor, such as Signor Galileo or Signor Da Vinci, wouldst be welcome at our revelries. (Anyone attending as Lucrezia Borgia is cordially invited to leave her jewelry at ye door) There shalt be a prize or prizes for ye most creative costume and/or ye most historically (or maybe hysterically) accurate of costumes, so hie thee to thy workshop or dressmaker and get thyself busy. Ye Council of Celebration! awaits thy glorious manifestation of ye Renaissance Court of Dreams!!
